Chris is a dynamic executive advisor and leadership consultant who partners with forward-looking leaders to tackle their most significant challenges and opportunities.
Leaders today carry an immense amount of responsibility. And frankly, Chris doesn’t believe they should carry that kind of responsibility on their own. So, he’s in their corner. He is a trusted, unbiased advisor who can be objective in every circumstance, to challenge when necessary, and to encourage and acknowledge positive progress when helpful.
Ultimately, Chris’ work with leaders will help them align internally so that they can successfully promote and create alignment throughout their organization. The outcome is more productive leaders who drive and deliver results. And because they’re healthier, the results are sustainable.
Chris lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Rachel and their children, Grace (2001) and Andrew (2003). In his free time he enjoys golfing, watching international soccer, cooking and traveling with his family. In addition to being active in his local church community, Chris serves on the board of two nonprofit organizations.
