Kelly Jasen

Kelly Jasen

Kelly is a transformational leader who partners with clients to own who they are in order to make a difference in their world.

In her work on connection, Brene Brown shares “cultivating connection with self and others comes down to self-awareness. We cannot be more connected to others than we are to ourselves.” In leadership, the deeper leaders connect to themselves, the more connection and impact they can have on their teams, organizations and families. Kelly is a transformational force in leader and culture development through workshops, executive advising and coaching and facilitation. She is known for partnering with clients to own who they are and how to make a difference in their world. Kelly is also known for her sense of fun and commitment to showing up for others so they can show up for others.

Kelly is based in Clifton, Virginia with her husband, two daughters – Grace and Eleanor, and her rather rambunctious dog, Hendrick. She loves reading, yoga, Ted Lasso, coffee and trying out new adventures with her family or friends. She’s a dedicated Seattle Seahawks and Gonzaga Bulldogs fan so also knows the glory of victory and a lot of agony of defeat. She serves as President of her neighborhood HOA board, as well as volunteers with her school and community.
