It’s why Joyner Advising Group exists. Misalignment in any system–business, nonprofit or family–is corrosive. We all know that if left unattended, corrosion spreads and does so quickly. Think about the once strong door panel on your college car that started to rust. Before long it was susceptible to disintegration from a stiff wind or an errant soccer ball.

Alignment, on the other hand, is life-giving.
